The Evergreen Women in Leadership Summit is an opportunity to get to know Evergreen's operating model, connect with Senior and C-suite level women, participate in an accelerated recruiting process for our Summer 2028 investing internship, and experience first-hand our dedication to the empowerment and professional development of women interested in business and investing.

Responsibilities

Connect with Evergreen’s women leaders across the firm and fellow attendees.
Participate in social events, mentorship initiatives, and interactive workshops.
Define professional development goals and hone business acumen through guided workshops.
Discover opportunities to launch your career at Evergreen’s investing team and learn from existing team members.

Requirements

Current college sophomore (graduating Spring 2029 / Dec 2028)
Strong academic performance at a leading university (GPA minimum of 3.7)
Demonstrated interest in investing, business operations and leadership
Available to attend the full-day in-person summit
All individuals who meet the criteria above are welcome to apply, but the programming will be tailored to the female experience.
