About the Role
Join our team and help us make every vehicle—and our dealership—shine! Caskinette Ford is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Detailer. This role is key to ensuring that every vehicle and our dealership grounds meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Wash, wax, vacuum, and polish vehicles inside and out
- Clean and detail upholstery, carpets, and surfaces
- Apply protective treatments to paint and interior when needed
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain detailing equipment and work areas in clean, safe condition
- Keep dealership lot and exterior areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with lot organization and vehicle movement as required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
