3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Hyper-V or VMware technology
1 to 3 years of experience designing cluster servers
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Linux systems and Windows systems, with a basic understanding of networking.
Data center experience preferred.

Solid foundational knowledge of networking, including familiarity with the TCP/IP protocol stack.
Understanding of VLAN and subnetting.
Strong knowledge of system hardware, especially related to cluster servers.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Strong learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and a service-oriented mindset
Detail-oriented and capable of producing high-quality documentation and verbal communication.
Proficiency in English required; Mandarin is a plus.

BA/BS in Information Management, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields is required.
