About the Role
Manage Level 1 issues in cloud operations across all data centers. Travel is optional.
Responsibilities
- Monitor cluster servers across all data centers in the North America region.
- Manage call center and dispatch.
- Asset management.
- Global Level 1 incident support and response.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Hyper-V or VMware technology.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Linux systems and Windows systems, with a basic understanding of networking.
- Data center experience preferred.
Skills
- Solid foundational knowledge of networking, including familiarity with the TCP/IP protocol stack.
- Understanding of VLAN and subnetting.
- Strong knowledge of system hardware, especially related to cluster servers.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Strong learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented and capable of producing high-quality documentation and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in English required; Mandarin is a plus.
