About the Role

The sales coordinator will provide essential support for the coordination and administration of education programs at designated Merrithew (Host and Licensed) Training Centers. This role involves assisting with business development, market research, and lead generation, while ensuring flawless execution of day-to-day facility services and activities to drive revenue growth for Merrithew® education sales. The role also involves managing the pre-, during, and post-course execution of education programs. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both administrative and customer service tasks are key for success in this hybrid position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with market research, lead generation, and initial lead qualification, passing pre-qualified leads to sales managers.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new Host Centers, promoting them across multiple platforms.
  • Generate and maintain detailed sales reports to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in customer meetings, offering support and promptly addressing inquiries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Merrithew Training Centers (MTCs), ensuring their needs are met with exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate regularly with facility owners and operators to understand and meet student needs.
  • Proactively engage with MTCs on ongoing and future training requirements, providing timely updates and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Programming teams to ensure clients and students receive necessary support.
  • Respond to general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate student lists, process completion letters, and oversee exam coordination and scheduling.
  • Regularly update internal trackers to ensure data accuracy for reporting.
  • Review and process IT invoices, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
  • Assist with course scheduling, IT assignments, and other administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and manage hosting agreements and Instructor Trainer (IT) agreements.
  • Create and update orders in the Event Management System (EMS), and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for ITs, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa applications.
  • Ensure pre-hosting paperwork is sent to Training Sites and ITs, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Provide continuous support to ITs during their assignments at Training Sites.
  • Maintain strong communication with Training Sites to address any issues during the hosting period.
  • Collect and process documentation related to exams, makeups, and private sessions.
  • Follow up with Host Sites to collect missing documents and ensure prompt issuance of completion letters.
  • Review and submit IT invoices for processing in accounting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years sales support, coordination, and customer service experience
  • Advanced user of Excel and other Windows office software
  • Skilled user for CRM software
