About the Role

The Sales Coordinator will provide essential support for the coordination and administration of education programs at designated Merrithew Training Centers. This role involves assisting with business development, market research, and lead generation, while ensuring flawless execution of day-to-day facility services and activities to drive revenue growth for Merrithew® education sales. The role also involves managing the pre-, during, and post-course execution of education programs. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both administrative and customer service tasks are key for success in this hybrid position.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage hosting agreements and Instructor Trainer (IT) agreements.
  • Create and update orders in the Event Management System (EMS) and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for ITs, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa applications.
  • Ensure all pre-hosting paperwork is sent to Training Sites and ITs, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Provide continuous support to ITs during their assignments at Training Sites.
  • Maintain strong communication with Training Sites to address any issues during the hosting period.
  • Collect and process documentation related to exams, makeups, and private sessions.
  • Follow up with Host Sites to collect all missing documents and ensure completion letters are issued promptly.
  • Review and submit IT invoices for processing in accounting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Merrithew Training Centers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate regularly with facility owners and operators to understand and meet student needs.
  • Proactively engage with Merrithew Training Centers on ongoing and future training requirements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Commercial, and cross-departmental teams to ensure clients and students receive necessary support.
  • Respond to general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with market research, lead generation, and initial lead qualification.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new Host Centers, working with the Marketing team to promote them.
  • Generate and maintain detailed sales reports, providing data to Managers.
  • Assist in customer meetings, offering support (including translation) and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate student lists and assist the Education operation team to process completion letters.
  • Oversee exam coordination and scheduling.
  • Regularly update internal trackers to ensure data accuracy and cross-referencing for reporting.
  • Review and process IT invoices, ensuring necessary approvals and proper documentation.
  • Assist with course scheduling, IT assignments, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years sales support, coordination, and customer service experience
  • English and Chinese Bilingual is a must
  • Superior attention to detail to ensure quality of work
  • Critical- ability to multi-task and respond to shifting priorities
  • Time-management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced user of Excel and other Windows office software
  • Skilled user for CRM software
