About the Role

We are hiring an Associate Manager to lead strategy and execution for our Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets. You will own a portfolio of KRs across high-priority business problems by understanding ground-level operations, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, developing and testing hypotheses, and partnering cross-functionally to scale solutions. You will report directly to a Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of KRs across regulatory markets, setting strategy and building execution plans.
  • Use a data-driven approach to investigate problems, creating insightful analysis from quantitative and qualitative information, and implement next steps.
  • Operate at the lowest level of detail to build strong foundational knowledge and provide recommendations for leadership.
  • Define and test hypotheses through experimentation, leverage AI to accelerate learnings, and scale successful strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to drive alignment and impact.
  • Develop new skills and advance your career with opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, financial services, operations, technology, AI, regulatory, or related experience.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions, and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset.
  • Proficiency in crunching data in SQL/Excel independently.
  • Comfort owning ambiguous, fast-moving problems with legal and financial stakes.
  • Actively look for ways AI can improve work, using tools like Claude or Cursor.
  • Focus on getting things done and not afraid to get into the details.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing cross-functional workstreams or a strong desire to grow into that responsibility.
  • Consideration for employment of qualified applicants, including those with arrest and conviction records, in accordance with applicable regulations.
