About the Role
Smart Design is seeking a temporary mid-level or senior hardware systems engineer for 2-3 months to work on client projects, with a potential for full-time transition.
Responsibilities
- Design electronics for small consumer appliances
- Perform manual board assembly and rework
- Design to meet regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Experience with complex PCB layout using Altium
- Experience with circuit design
- Familiarity with embedded systems, circuits, microcontrollers and sensors
- Experience with DFMA for electronics
- Proficiency with Git
