About the Role
Join our Field Sales & Service Team to deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences. We are Southwind, the highest-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, built on integrity, accountability, and investing in people.
Responsibilities
- Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
- Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
- Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
- Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
- Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
Requirements
- Sales-Driven: A passion for sales and a knack for exceeding customer expectations.
- People Focused: Friendly and personable, dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
- Energetic: Physically fit and enthusiastic about engaging in hands-on tasks.
- Dependable: Reliable and hardworking, positively contributing to our team culture.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
- No prior junk removal experience required
- Maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
- DOT Medical Certification
- A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
