Responsibilities
- Build systems that improve how software gets built.
- Care deeply about developer experience and engineering productivity.
- Remove obstacles to productivity.
- Design systems that automate complex workflows.
- Contribute to the transformation of the software development lifecycle with AI.
- Write clean, maintainable code.
- Own systems end-to-end.
Requirements
- Recently graduated or graduating with a Computer Science degree or a related field.
- Hands-on experience building software through internships, coursework, personal projects, or hackathons.
- Experience building or prototyping features with AI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, ML).
- Ability to decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution independently or with teammates.
- Comfortable asking for help when stuck.
- Ability to collaborate with others to ship high-quality, thoughtful features.
- Curiosity about talking to customers, thinking through different approaches, and working with teammates.
- Familiarity with React, Typescript, Python, Node.js, AWS services, Terraform, CircleCI, Netlify, Playwright, Cloudwatch, Datadog, or Mezmo, or excitement to learn quickly.
