About the Role

You are responsible for preparing and serving inspired drinks while delivering distinctive experiences for guests. You will impress guests with your beverage expertise and techniques in an expertly maintained atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Preparing and serving inspired drinks.
Delivering distinctive experiences for guests.
Educating guests on selections and drink menus.
Making recommendations and upselling special items.
Providing guests exceptional service from start to finish.
Cocktail and floor serving, bartending and event execution.

Requirements

At least one year of related education, training and/or experience.
Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system.
Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment.
Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.
Hospitality experience.
Guest service awareness.
Responsible alcohol training & experience on mixed beverages.
Knowledge of brewing and other beverage equipment operations.
