About the Role
As a Dishwasher, you’re a key player in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and ensuring a clean, safe environment for our guests and team members. You’ll take pride in being the foundation of our back-of-house operations, knowing your contributions make everything else possible.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Take out trash and recyclables.
- Maintain kitchen and grounds tidiness.
- Assist with food preparation following recipe guidelines.
- Stock supplies for servers and cooks.
- Ensure everything is stocked, organized, and ready for service.
Requirements
- A reliable, hardworking attitude and a willingness to jump in where needed.
- A positive work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A team-focused mindset and a desire to support coworkers.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (12 kg).
- Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, and walking.
