About the Role
Green Mountain Electric Supply is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join their expanding Electrical Supplies business. This role focuses on building lasting relationships with contractors and customers, processing orders, and assisting with inventory and organizational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing contractor customers.
- Manage customer orders, including procurement and overseeing customer POs.
- Track and coordinate lead times.
- Update customers on delivery statuses.
- Manage change orders.
- Coordinate product delivery.
- Process, pick, and assist customers with their orders.
- Assist with inventory, warehouse, and other organizational roles.
