About the Role
This role involves providing high-end concierge services within a luxury building in NYC, ensuring resident satisfaction and maintaining building security and operations.
Responsibilities
- Positively interact with residents, guests, and vendors, assisting with requests and resolving complaints.
- Communicate with building management and staff for smooth daily operations.
- Log and track concierge and building keys.
- Maintain building safety and security, including monitoring cameras and responding to emergencies.
- Handle package and vendor deliveries.
- Maintain accurate shift logs for effective communication during shift changes.
- Pass a background check upon hire.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of concierge experience required.
- Must be able to stand for 6+ hours.
- High School Graduate or Equivalent.
- Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standards.
- Reliable and consistent transportation to and from work sites.
