About the Role
F45 Training is seeking ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, and charismatic trainers to join their Oxford Circus team. This role involves delivering high-quality, results-focused group fitness classes and fostering a positive community environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes
- Set up the studio after training sessions
- Motivate studio members before, during and after training
- Assist with membership retention
- Help foster a positive community-based team-training environment
- Help the management team to ensure the business operates at the highest level
- Support with F45 challenge programmes
Requirements
- Genuine love of fitness and coaching others to achieve their goals
- Knowledge and experience of Personal training and group training
- Energy and confidence to share ideas to maintain studio growth and success
- Good level of fitness and knowledge of how to demonstrate correct form
- Confidence to deliver an energetic and atmospheric class for our members
