About the Role
Deliver meaningful, one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes as part of a supportive clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled LVN visits following an RN-supervised plan of care
- Provide direct, hands-on patient care across an Austin-area territory
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support positive patient outcomes
Requirements
- Active Texas LVN license in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
