About the Role
As a Technical Director on the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Engineering team, you will partner with business development and business area leads to engage customers, support technical solution development, lead architecture trade studies, respond to RFIs, and author white papers and technical proposal volumes. You will join a diverse group of professionals architecting, designing, developing, building, integrating, testing, and supporting products and systems that enable service members to execute missions and return home safely.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business development and business area leads to engage customers
- Support development of technical solutions that meet customer needs
- Lead architecture trade studies to support new business capture
- Respond to customer requests for information
- Author white papers and technical volumes for proposals
- Architect, design, develop, build, integrate, test, and support products and systems
Requirements
- Possess an Active US Government security clearance (with ability to possess TS)
- Technical leader (Chief Engineer, Project Engineering Manager, or equivalent)
- Experience in developing system architectures from concept to implementation
- Experience in capturing, documenting, and deriving requirements for RF systems
- Familiarity with RF system modeling tools and techniques
- Cross discipline experience integrating hardware, software, and firmware
- Experience in generating / presenting technical information to multi-tiered audiences, including internal leadership and customers
