About the Role
The Hourly Trainer facilitates pre-approved lesson plans in physical and virtual environments, focusing on content delivery, learner engagement, and accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (vILT) using standardized facilitator guides, slide decks, and lesson plans.
- Utilize interactive techniques to keep learners engaged, answer content-related questions using approved materials, and gauge real-time understanding.
- Record accurate attendance and participation records during every session and submit completed sign-in sheets/logs.
- Provide structured operational feedback to the Instructional Designer regarding lesson timing, learner pain points, and content clarity.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in public speaking, corporate training, classroom teaching, or group facilitation.
- Proficient in PC and iOS hardware and software.
- Complete and maintain state guard training certification as prescribed by presiding state law, all client requested certification, and CPR/First Aid/AED instructor certification.
- Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm.
- Ability to deliver high level of customer service.
- Domestic and/or International Travel up to 25% of time as needed.
- Flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun).
- Willingness to assist the team when needed.
