About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform clerical and administrative roles to support operations.
- Charge and collect payments for surgeries, accessories, and merchandise.
- Generate daily invoices and process collection transactions to balance end-of-day.
- Confirm surgical patient appointments via phone and written communication.
- Inform the clinical team of the daily surgery schedule.
- Take pre-operative photos and process electronic prescriptions.
- Perform preliminary physical tests, such as vitals, the day before surgeries.
- Verify patient paperwork, including labs, intake information, and consents, before scheduled surgery dates.
- Track inventory for surgical and clinical accessories/supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Enjoys working with a high sense of urgency.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Education Level
