About the Role
Metz Culinary Management is seeking passionate Culinary and Hospitality Team Members for full and part-time roles. This is an excellent opportunity for Culinary Graduates to begin their career in the dining services industry.
Responsibilities
- Plating food
- Setting up and tearing down café, restaurant, and retail areas
- Assisting in the kitchen with food preparation
- Managing dish room operations
- Handling dry stock and perishable food inventories
- Maintaining sanitation standards
- Operating as a Barista, Cashier, Cook, or Runner in retail settings
- Creating, transporting, setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet-style food displays
- Providing exceptional hospitality and guest experience during catering events
Requirements
- Willingness to be trained for candidates with a passion for food and basic understanding
- Ability to apply basic mathematical statistics for inventory and portioning
- Willingness to contribute wherever needed
- Hospitality-driven mindset
- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
