About the Role
This role involves acting as a Senior in Charge on external audit engagements within the Financial Services sector in Brisbane. You will maintain audit quality, contribute to innovation, and work with a diverse client portfolio, gaining exposure to complex accounting issues and varied business environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Senior in Charge on external audit engagements.
- Stay up to date with regulations, standards, and leading practices to maintain audit quality.
- Contribute to innovation and the development of new offerings beyond traditional audit services.
- Work with a broad portfolio of clients, gaining exposure to complex accounting issues and diverse business environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in external audit, with specific exposure to Financial Services.
- Experience in professional services within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm is preferred.
- The preferred candidate will be subject to background screening.
