About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Lead to manage the paid acquisition engine that supports our inside-sales funnel across European markets. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will shape the growth team structure, define acquisition strategy with sales leaders, and own end-to-end results with senior stakeholders. You will leverage AI for reporting, measurement, analysis, and workflow acceleration, setting the standard for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok, including channel mix, campaign architecture, bidding, audiences, and budget allocation across markets, with lead generation as the primary objective.
  • Stay hands-on in key accounts.
  • Help structure and grow the team, defining ownership and ways of working across channels, markets, and analytics.
  • Contribute to hiring and onboarding, and mentor analysts and specialists to improve measurement, experimentation, and documentation.
  • Partner with country sales leaders to agree on lead volume and quality targets, funnel definitions, routing, and follow-up SLAs.
  • Run feedback loops to ensure tight alignment between acquisition and sales.
  • Manage stakeholders, expectations, and results by setting targets and forecasts, running planning and budget cycles, and reporting performance to leadership.
  • Make trade-offs between volume, quality, and efficiency explicit and negotiate them openly.
  • Own the analytics and measurement layer, connecting spend to outcomes.
  • Write SQL to join campaign, CRM, and onboarding data.
  • Use AI to build reporting and design measurement approaches.
  • Own the unit economics of acquisition (CPL, payback, LTV/CAC, ROAS) across the full funnel to drive budget allocation decisions.
  • Improve signal and integrations between data and ads platforms, strengthening conversion signal flow and keeping integrations clean.
  • Optimize the conversion path by improving landing pages, forms, and lead-capture flows.
  • Ensure clean lead/CRM handoff, including UTM/ad-name capture, field mapping, and deduplication.
  • Own the experimentation roadmap, designing and interpreting A/B and incrementality tests.
  • Turn test results into actionable decisions for the team.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, platform representatives, and martech vendors, including scope, budget, and renewal decisions.
  • Hold partners and vendors accountable for measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in paid acquisition and lead generation, including time in a lead, principal, or team-lead capacity.
  • Track record of owning significant paid budgets and accountability for pipeline and revenue outcomes, beyond media metrics.
  • Hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with lead generation as the objective.
  • Willingness to remain hands-on in campaign management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales leadership on targets, funnel definitions, feedback loops, and resolving volume-versus-quality tensions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including setting expectations, forecasting, and communicating results and trade-offs to senior audiences.
  • Strong SQL proficiency, comfortable writing queries from scratch and building independent analyses.
  • Solid understanding of acquisition unit economics (CPL, payback, LTV/CAC, ROAS) and their application in decision-making.
  • Strong inclination towards AI, actively using AI tools for reporting, analysis acceleration, and team workflow improvement.
  • Comfort in designing and interpreting A/B tests with statistical rigor.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or another high-velocity inside-sales/SMB-acquisition environment (nice to have).
  • Experience operating across multiple European markets, including non-English speaking ones (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, value-based bidding (tROAS), and conversion APIs (CAPI / Enhanced Conversions) (nice to have).
  • Experience with CRM/marketing-data integrations (e.g., HubSpot, UTM/ad-name capture, field mapping) (nice to have).
  • Experience with incrementality testing, geo-experiments, or marketing mix modeling (nice to have).
  • Experience with dashboarding (Looker, HTML/Chart.js, or similar) and building reusable internal tooling (nice to have).
