About the Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will support the development of our social media channels, from content ideation to publication. You will collaborate closely with the content, brand, and podcast teams, contributing your own ideas and flair for engaging social content. You will take ownership of specific topics and formats from the outset, transforming complex financial and investment themes into understandable, relevant, and visually compelling social media content, including posts, reels, podcast clips, and event coverage.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media channels on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Plan content themes and formats in collaboration with the team.
- Create posts, carousels, reels, and stories from concept to execution.
- Repurpose existing content (articles, market commentary, interviews) into standalone social media content.
- Assist in the production of podcast clips and short-form video content.
- Monitor social media trends and identify suitable formats and mechanics for LIQID.
- Propose and experiment with new ideas and formats.
Requirements
- Understanding of social media dynamics and experience in content creation.
- Ability to tell stories and write effectively, conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
- Good visual sense and interest in content production (photography, typography, layout, video).
- Proactive, independent, and reliable work ethic with a willingness to take ownership.
- Curiosity about financial topics, markets, and investments, with a desire to learn complex subjects.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with various departments.
