About the Role

This role is critical to ensuring effective demand intake, robust prioritization, and end-to-end oversight of all Global Liquidity Platform (GLP) related initiatives, spanning across all development/delivery teams and providing a single point of contact for all supported programs of work.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (e.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates).
  • Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
  • Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
  • Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
  • Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
  • Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Support resource planning for delivery/execution.
  • Support the applications estimation process.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure work is suitably created and prioritized for the team.
  • Partner with the team to ensure optimum value is obtained through technology and an advanced understanding of the business.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience managing a large portfolio of competing development project demands.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the Banking domain, particularly Liquidity Management.
  • Must be a technologist who is inquisitive and has a desire to learn.
