About the Role
Support complex, mission-critical digital transformation programmes by understanding problems, defining needs, and translating them into clear requirements and deliverable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead Business Analysis across complex digital programmes.
- Define business problems, user needs and desired outcomes.
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with customers, users and stakeholders.
- Model As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- Support testing and validation against business and user needs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Active eDV clearance.
- Strong Senior Business Analyst experience within complex digital transformation programmes.
- National Security (NatSec) experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
- Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
- User stories, acceptance criteria and process modelling.
- Agile delivery experience, including Scrum, Lean or Kanban.
- Experience supporting Product Owners and product backlogs.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Understanding of UK Government digital transformation and service standards.
