Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of produce for meal service, including cooking breakfast items, preparing vegetables, and making sandwiches.
Ensure all kitchen equipment and areas are cleaned according to schedules.
Adhere to statutory and Company Health and Safety Regulations.
Ensure correct and timely storage of dry and perishable goods.
Ensure the correct and safe storage of cleaning materials.
Thoroughly clean all crockery, cutlery, and drinking vessels using the main kitchen dishwashing machine.
Clean pots, pans, cooking utensils, and service counter containers to required standards and store them correctly.
