About the Role
Own the product agenda for how AI creates real, measurable value across Awin, translating AI capability into shipped product outcomes rather than experiments. This role treats AI as core to the product strategy, defining where it genuinely changes economics or experience, and prioritizing value creation and capture.
Responsibilities
- Define AI product strategy for AI-driven value creation and capture.
- Translate AI capabilities into a prioritized product roadmap with clear outcomes.
- Own outcomes, judging initiatives on measurable business impact (adoption, efficiency, revenue, customer outcome).
- Partner with leadership to align AI investment with company priorities and defend it commercially.
- Lead and develop a product team, managing people and budget.
- Make disciplined build vs. buy decisions for AI tooling based on opportunity cost.
- Champion practical adoption of AI capabilities over theoretical application.
Requirements
- Product leader with technical fluency, understanding AI's leverage and distractions.
- Outcome-obsessed, prioritizing business impact over technology.
- Commercially sharp, able to defend roadmaps in P&L terms.
- Credible with engineering, capable of making informed decisions on data, APIs, and model capabilities.
- A builder of teams, skilled in hiring and developing product talent that ships.
