Responsibilities
- Perform local deliveries to residential and commercial job sites.
- Safely and efficiently operate vehicles, truck-mounted forklifts, and warehouse forklifts.
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, adhering to safety practices and wearing required PPE.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Maintain accurate checklists and delivery logs.
- Comply with DOT regulations, company safety policies, material handling practices, and load securement policies.
- Communicate with the supply center team and customers to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
- Review and report inventory discrepancies to the Branch Manager.
- Accurately receive and pull product to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly racked and tagged.
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor/Branch Manager with inventory accuracy and quality.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or B required.
- Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- Ability to read and interpret safety policies and procedures.
- High School diploma or GED required.
