About the Role
Frame Security is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will serve as a technical expert across the entire customer lifecycle. This role involves partnering with Sales for technical evaluations and Proofs of Value (POVs), troubleshooting live issues, and collaborating with Customer Success to maximize customer value. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical fundamentals, insatiable curiosity, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot live issues, lead technical workshops, and break down technical roadblocks.
- Design, configure, and support customer POV environments and navigate deployment requirements (identity, SSO, email infrastructure, allowlisting).
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience from demo to renewal.
- Turn recurring customer challenges into reusable documentation, playbooks, and insights for Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in a customer-facing technical role (Sales/Solutions Engineer, TAM, Customer Success Engineer, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IT environments (identity management, SSO/SAML, Okta, Entra ID, domain/email infrastructure).
- High comfort with ambiguity, quick learning, and troubleshooting live in front of customers.
- A strong bias for action, a collaborative spirit, and a calm, solutions-oriented presence.
- Experience in SaaS is a plus.
- Cybersecurity experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
