About the Role
To process Billing accurately, in a timely manner and in compliance with Kintetsu World Express (U.S.A.), Inc. (KWE) operations policies.
Responsibilities
- Create billing invoice for import shipment through Unified Freight System (UFS) for assigned accounts within 3 days after delivery date.
- Create Third Party billing invoice through Unified Freight System (UFS) for assigned accounts.
- Create Miscellaneous billing invoice through Unified Freight System (UFS) for assigned accounts.
- Mail and/or e-mail the billing Invoice to assigned accounts.
- Scan shipping Documents and/or billing invoice to assigned accounts.
- Create billing report for assigned accounts.
- Create billing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for new customers or update existing billing SOP.
- Communicate with assigned accounts and/or KWE overseas office for troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Adequate typing skills and basic computer literacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask under pressure while meeting deadlines
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
Education Level
- Degree preferred but not required AS or above.
