About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sponsorship sales for our UK-based premium networking events in the Healthcare, Education, and Public Sector. This role offers flexibility after probation and is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achievement and commission.
Responsibilities
- Close and repeat high-value sponsorship sales
- Plan and engage with KPIs across activity and closed sales
- Develop relationships with decision-makers to build accounts
- On-site face-to-face client management and event execution
- Identify and secure new clients with major account potential
- Manage and update your sales pipeline within Salesforce (CRM)
- Gather product and company feedback from clients and prospects
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, ideally within event sponsorship
- Proven track record of winning new business and managing existing client accounts
- Able to sell a concept and take a consultative sales approach
- Comfortable working US hours when required
- Experienced across multiple sales platforms, including telephone, email, social, and in-person
