About the Role
This job is responsible for leading the design, analysis, execution, and sustainment of strategic initiatives that support enterprise goals within a business segment. Key responsibilities include analyzing processes to identify improvements, coordinating project tasks, managing risks, and partnering with product, channel, and operations teams for integrated execution. Job expectations include building business cases, maintaining stakeholder relationships, supporting change management, and creating documentation to ensure transparency and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Driving design, technology and management for strategic initiatives that impact the SCCS organization and drive Consumer Sales.
- Owning the development, coordination and implementation of projects and processes, including project plans, design deliverables, technology process management, governance requirements and communications.
- Leading project management routines with work team including line of business, support and technology partners to ensure effective and timely execution.
- Managing technology funding processes including coordination of all documentation.
- Developing initiative materials, including leadership presentations, process and procedure documents, detailed timelines and implementation plans, readiness materials and technology requirements.
- Executing data analysis to derive relevant findings and utilize to develop and support solutions and process improvements.
- Coordinating stakeholder, leadership and governance reviews.
- Driving initiative implementation and communications working with partners and front line leaders.
- Developing and managing project plans, agenda planning and program timelines to ensure deadlines are met and projects remain on track.
Requirements
- Strong project management skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong communications skills and partnership with business partners, subject matter experts and stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver high quality results.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to influence and drive consensus.
- Self starter who can work independently, prioritize deliverables and manage time effectively.
- Ability to execute comprehensive and robust data analysis.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
- Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail and ability to coordinate and manage projects and processes with multiple partners and stakeholders.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Office applications.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
