Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the team by coordinating meetings, maintaining information and documents, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting general operational activities.
  • Organize internal meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and follow up on actions.
  • Support project data management by collecting and updating information.
  • Assist with procurement-related administration.
  • Work with colleagues to ensure records and requests are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and reliable approach to administrative work.
  • Comfortable coordinating meetings, managing information, preparing documents, and communicating with colleagues professionally.
  • Basic English reading and writing skills are required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) is helpful.
  • No prior experience with SAP's internal systems is required; training will be provided.
