About the Role
As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will manage a high-volume portfolio and collaborate with hiring leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will develop recruitment strategies, source passive candidates, and guide leaders through the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional experience at every step. This role offers an opportunity to make an impact and shape great teams across Canada Life.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruitment portfolio across various roles and business areas.
- Partner with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, direct outreach, and other channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing guidance on recruitment, interviewing, and selection.
- Create compelling job postings and candidate messaging that reflect company culture and employer brand.
- Deliver an inclusive and exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a large, complex organization.
- Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume recruitment portfolio across various roles and levels.
- Strong proactive sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.
- Experience developing and executing effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; familiarity with SuccessFactors is an asset.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required.

- $59,800 - $99,700 annually
