About the Role

This role determines how our clients' sponsorship assets traverse the landscape of discovery, platforms, distribution, and amplification, making partnerships measurably more visible and persuasive in the places fans and stakeholders are. It focuses on the strategy and operations of distribution, briefing media agencies, and managing a fast-moving amplification budget for moment-driven activity, rather than media buying.

Responsibilities

  • Own how clients appear when fans, media, and commercial audiences seek information about sponsored sports, teams, drivers, players, and events.
  • Build and maintain processes for AI assistants and answer engines to surface partnership information, addressing absences, misattributions, or misrepresentations.
  • Audit and improve structured, verifiable information about client partnerships used by AI systems.
  • Establish a repeatable audit method and baseline for client accounts, reporting on progress.
  • Advise creative and content teams on structuring assets and copy for legibility by both people and machines.
  • Own the systems, access, and operating rhythm for client content distribution.
  • Set the distribution strategy for clients’ content calendars, including publication location, format, sequence, and strategic objectives.
  • Analyze in-flight performance and advise on optimization of live activity with clear recommendations.
  • Expand and maintain the reporting infrastructure for the department and clients.
  • Own platform and rights compliance in distribution, acting as the authority on publication constraints.
  • Maintain first-party fan data capture and its governance where client contracts permit.
  • Own paid activity to extend the reach of owned and creator content around partnership moments.
  • Plan and run moment-triggered amplification, activating paid support for performing content or time-sensitive partnership moments.
  • Own the amplification budget end to end, including forecasting, allocation, in-flight reallocation, and post-campaign accountability.
  • Brief and quality-assure global media agency partners on sport-context activity, providing calendar intelligence, rights guidance, and audience insight.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience running organic and paid distribution across major social and search platforms with genuine hands-on platform depth.
  • Demonstrable ownership of a paid budget, including in-flight decision-making and post-campaign accountability.
  • Strong analytical capability, comfortable with platform analytics and reporting tools, able to build and interpret dashboards.
  • Confident working within rights and compliance constraints and able to explain them clearly.
  • Credible in front of clients and able to hold a position under pressure.
  • Comfortable operating in undefined territory and honest about current proof limitations.
  • Sport, entertainment, or sponsorship marketing background, particularly motorsport (desirable).
  • Practical experience with SEO and structured data, and an active interest in AI assistant information surfacing (desirable).
  • Experience briefing or working alongside global media agencies (desirable).
  • Some technical fluency, such as APIs, data pipelines, or scripting without external dependency (desirable).
