The Alternative Equity Products team, part of the EMEA CSG team, focuses on Equity Private Placements, Equity-Linked Financing, and Private Investments in Public Entities (PIPEs). The role involves all aspects of the business, including pitching, pricing, internal committee liaison, and marketing. This position offers the opportunity to lead workstreams and gain broad experience due to the team's small size.

Responsibilities

Involved in all aspects of the business across pitching, pricing, liaison and interface with internal committees, and marketing with sales and investors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 years’ relevant work experience
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical orientation, with experience performing financial and valuation analysis in Excel or comparable spread sheet tools
Demonstrate maturity to work with all levels of professionals across the firm and outside clients
Possess good judgment to make quick and complex decisions
