About the Role

Responsibilities
- End-to-end Product Design, from discovery and research through to delivery and iteration.
- UX and interaction design, including user journeys, wireframing and information architecture.
- UI design and prototyping.
- Applying inclusive and scalable design principles using design systems and accessibility.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams in Agile product delivery environments.
- Facilitating workshops and collaborative design activities, including discovery, ideation and co-design.
- Balancing user needs, business objectives and technical constraints to deliver effective, high-quality digital products.
Requirements
- Strong experience in end-to-end Product Design, from discovery and research through to delivery and iteration.
- Experienced in UX and interaction design, including user journeys, wireframing and information architecture.
- Background in UI design and prototyping.
- Strong experience with design systems and accessibility, applying inclusive and scalable design principles.
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build alignment.
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborative design activities, including discovery, ideation and co-design.
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives and technical constraints to deliver effective, high-quality digital products.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems collaboratively.
- Strong expertise in your craft, alongside a willingness to keep learning.
- Communicate clearly and build trust quickly with clients and teammates.
- Pragmatic, adaptable and outcome-focused.
- Value low-ego collaboration and enjoy working as part of multidisciplinary teams.
