About the Role

As part of the Data Science and Data Management team, you will work on the entire data-based value chain, contributing to the continuous development of our data-based product portfolio. You will be involved in all aspects of project work, from requirements analysis and specification to implementation, rollout, and operation in the development areas of system integration, backend, machine learning, and APIs.

Responsibilities

Design elements in complete project work from requirements analysis and specification to implementation, rollout, and operation in the development areas of system integration, backend, machine learning, and API.
Design and optimize CI/CD processes within the department.
Ensure security, stability, and performance during implementation and operation (e.g., APIs).
Act as an interface to IT Operations in the setup and further development of tools and infrastructure.

Requirements

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable course of study, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., through vocational training with professional experience).
Sound knowledge in software development.
Basic knowledge in data management.
Automated tests, good design, and clean build and deployment processes are important.
Experience in developing data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and associated workflows.
Good knowledge in one or more programming languages (R, Python, Java, or similar).
Question processes and thought patterns within the team.
Native-level German language skills and fluent English skills are required for project work.
