About the Role

The Data Science and Data Management team is responsible for the entire data processing pipeline, from data collection to the creation of digital products. As part of the team, you will work on the entire data-based value chain and contribute to the continuous development of our data-based product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop smart/automated data processing processes along the complete value chain (capture, maintenance, analysis, and product creation).
  • Design digital processes and find clever solutions for complex topics together with the team.
  • Continuously build and develop digital products (e.g., the Kienbaum Compensation Portal).
  • Program data processing processes and implement smart algorithms in teamwork, ensuring clean, well-structured, and maintainable code for production use.
  • Process and analyze large datasets from the HR domain (focus on compensation data) to equip products and services with quantitative insights.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Psychology, Economics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field of study, or possess equivalent qualifications (e.g., through vocational training with professional experience).
  • Gained experience working with data. Professional experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in R is ideal; alternatively, very good knowledge of other programming languages (for data analysis) such as Python, MatLab, or STATA.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and passion for your topics; desire to shape and optimize.
  • Native-level German language skills and fluent English skills are required for project work.
