About the Role

The National Performance Manager leads the strategy, planning, enablement, and execution of College and University engagement to support business growth. This role partners across various lines of business including Marketing, Product, Controls, Legal, Risk, and other key stakeholders to deliver bank solutions for higher education institutions aligned to enterprise objectives and scalable growth. The role serves as a centralized coordinator across various lines of business, ensuring seamless collaboration and stakeholder alignment to deliver business outcomes. This role will oversee the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from opportunity identification and intake management through pitch preparation, execution support, performance reporting, and ongoing relationship development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of all aspects of College and University Engagement
  • Develop and execute strategies that expand engagement with colleges, universities, community colleges, trade schools, and vocational institutions
  • Drive integration of student, faculty, recruiting, employee banking, and financial education initiatives into a cohesive value proposition
  • Identify opportunities to increase school participation, deepen existing relationships, and drive new client acquisition
  • Build strong relationships with market presidents, region executives, performance managers, relationship managers, and recruiting leaders
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on school engagement strategies and priorities

Requirements

  • Advanced PowerPoint, SharePoint management, and Excel skills, including executive presentations and reporting
  • Ability to analyze performance data and trends to identify opportunities to expand current platform and perform forecasting
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct authority
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
