  • Assesses and improves department performance.
  • Ensures orientation and continuing education of departmental staff.
  • Serves as a key promoter of process improvements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Five (5) years of experience in access care, customer service, or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience OR demonstrated internal experience as a supervisor, senior access care rep, or Team Lead Access care.
