Experienced Finance Manager with a strong commercial and operational mindset to lead and develop the finance function within a growing organisation in the care sector. This role is key to driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and business growth, offering long-term career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, and financial reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and other departments to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.
- Drive the adoption of digital and cloud-based technologies to improve financial processes and efficiencies across the group.
- Monitor financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing and developing finance staff.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen.
- Experience using financial systems and technology to improve performance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
