Responsibilities
- Support the nursery leadership team by leading through positive role modelling and maintaining high standards.
- Guide and develop staff through coaching, supervision and team collaboration.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through effective communication and support.
- Help maintain staffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.
Requirements
- Level 3 childcare qualification
- Confident written and spoken English
- Experience in an Early Years setting (desirable)
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices (desirable)
