About the Role

Rose Associates is seeking a service-oriented Concierge to join our team, dedicated to providing unparalleled service to residents in our luxury residential building. The ideal candidate will exude sophistication, possess exceptional communication skills, and contribute to cultivating an exquisite living experience for our community.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, coordinating package receipt and delivery.
  • Provide information and assistance regarding community amenities, local services, and events.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and relaying messages.
  • Monitor building entrances and enforce access control policies in collaboration with appropriate personnel.
  • Comply with workplace safety regulations.
  • Be present on-site and able to move throughout the building to address building-related matters and meet with tenants, staff, vendors, and visitors.
  • Ascend and descend stairs, and position oneself in small spaces for organizing, lifting, and moving large or heavy packages in excess of 50 pounds.
  • Be comfortable with exposure to varying environmental climates and circumstances.
  • Perform duties outside of normal responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency navigating computers and software, including Microsoft Office, Yardi, and various property management software applications.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, including interpersonal communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic security procedures.
  • Work authorization required.
  • Active NYS Security Guard License is a plus.
