About the Role

Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as an Agentic AI Architect (Technical Staff) on our Agentic AI Software Engineering Team. This role is designed for a versatile engineer who thrives in the 'grey area' between raw data and finished AI products, driving the architectural vision of AI initiatives while ensuring a robust, secure, and high-quality data foundation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives, shape organizational strategy, and solve complex cross-functional problems within our Client Solutions Group (CSG)
  • Architect Agentic AI solutions and AI-Ready data foundations enabling agent reasoning, memory, retrieval, planning, and tool-use across complex systems
  • Design governed data models, vector stores, and metadata layers optimized for LLM context, feedback loops, and inference-time enrichment

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in system design and software engineering or equivalent skill; must include experience designing Agentic AI solutions and AI-ready technology foundations
  • Proven expertise designing application and data architectures that support agent memory, planning, and tool-augmented reasoning
  • Strong system design, software development, and programming experience with .NET and modern cloud technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with AI engineers, platform teams, and product leaders to standardize and scale AI-ready data foundations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving processes
