About the Role
As the Farm Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their stay with exceptional customer service and attention to detail to ensure a memorable and positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare guest documentation including itineraries, welcome letters, and waivers.
- Answer and direct phone calls according to company protocols.
- Document guest preferences in the Opera system and communicate them to relevant departments.
- Guide guests around the property and arrange on-site transportation.
- Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process billing accurately following Front Desk procedures.
- Document irregularities in the departmental logbook and alert management.
- Serve as a property ambassador by providing information about reservations, amenities, local attractions, spa services, and dining options.
- Maintain an organized Front Desk area.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Wildflower Farms facilities to effectively promote services.
- Build collaborative relationships within the Front Office and understand the operations of all hotel departments.
Requirements
- 1 year in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic computer skills.
