About the Role
You are a music enthusiast interested in how music shapes brands, enhances emotions, and makes communication more impactful. You will contribute to strategic work in music consulting, music supervision, and music production, working on exciting client projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of music consulting projects and accompany campaigns from initial song research to implementation and follow-up, including independent project billing.
- Research suitable artists, songs, and music trends for various communication and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with music pitches, song searches, and the creation of presentations and client documents.
- Coordinate collaboration with labels, publishers, management, and producers, and help with organizational and administrative processes.
- Maintain song and contact databases, assist with quotes, billing, and processing contracts related to music usage.
Requirements
- Completed studies or vocational training in music, media, marketing, communication, or a comparable field.
- Gained initial experience as a trainee or junior in the music industry.
- Fluent German language skills at C2 level (native speaker).
- Organized, enthusiastic about music, with a good understanding of the music industry, artists, and current trends.
- Structured and meticulous work approach, able to maintain an overview of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, enjoys teamwork, and approaches different contact persons openly.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and standard MS Office applications.
