Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our 60,000 square foot building.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of a 60,000 square foot building.
- Operate basic hand tools.
- Lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
Skills
- Basic working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
