About the Role
Five Guys is seeking a Shift Lead to manage restaurant operations during their shift, focusing on team leadership, fast-paced work, and customer service in a unique, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage finances and inventory.
- Assign tasks, train, and motivate the team during the shift.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Ensure full accountability for shift operations.
- Work both opening and closing shifts.
- Morning shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm.
- Afternoon shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- 1-2 years previous leadership experience.
- 1-2 years experience in the food service business.
- Strong references from colleagues and supervisors.
