About the Role
Join us in building the largest AI enabled fintech for healthcare by owning the data subject request process end-to-end, working with experienced lawyers, and shaping process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own the data subject request process end-to-end, from monitoring incoming requests to tracking deadlines and sending replies using our standard templates
- Work directly with experienced Data Privacy lawyers and teams across Nelly, our customers, and our partner to resolve more complex cases
- Shape how this process scales as Nelly grows, spotting bottlenecks and driving the improvements (including AI and API integrations) that cut response times
Requirements
- Currently studying law with an interest in data privacy or tech-related legal topics
- Takes ownership: once a request lands in your queue, you see it through rather than waiting to be told what's next
- Organized and detail-oriented, juggling multiple requests and deadlines at once doesn't stress you out, it's exactly the kind of structure you're good at bringing
- Reliable and follow through, since teams across Nelly and our practices depend on requests being handled on time
- Proactive about reaching out, comfortable finding and pinging the right person in Legal, Customer Success, or elsewhere in the company to get what you need to close out a case
- Fluent in German and English
- Prior exposure to Data Privacy is a nice-to-have, not a must
